A MEMBER-ONLY EVENT

This virtual Town Hall is an open forum for all members to address current issues, challenges, priorities, and to share success stories.  The goal of this event is that each member will walk away with one thing they can begin implementing now.



Casey Kostecka will be our facilitation leader for this event.

 

 


Greg Salvato, CEO for TouchPoint One, will be our topic leader as we discuss Supervisors Need Help - Challenges Supervisors Face in the New Remote/Hybrid Environments.

Achieving lasting success in the contact center hinges on the effectiveness of frontline leaders, but they often lack the information, tools, training, and other forms of support necessary to do their jobs effectively.  During this Town Hall we'll share insights, analysis, and interpretation of feedback gathered via a recent survey, and we'll explore approaches to fulfilling the needs of frontline leaders that improve outcomes for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
