Member Town Hall - Accessing Hidden Talent Pools

A MEMBER-ONLY EVENT

This virtual Town Hall is an open forum for all members to address current issues, challenges and priorities, and to share success stories.  The goal of this event is that each member will walk away with one thing they can begin implementing now.

CCNG member Kate Brouse, Strategic Partnerships for NTI (National Telecommuting Institute), will kick off this Town Hall and facilitate a discussion on Accessing Hidden Talent Pools.
 

 Talent is getting harder to find and keep.  But millions of potential workers are "voluntarily" inactive, meaning for one reason or another, they are not currently seeking employment.  Many of these potential workers already have, or could develop, needed skills.  Rethinking hiring processes, including "required" vs "nice to have" skills and experience, can open the doors to attracting a new workforce that will transform company culture and be more inclusive.
