Kelly is the former Vice President of Customer Experience at the United States Postal Service.  She is currently the CEO of KMS CX Solutions, which specializes in technology change management, customer experience management, and contact center strategy.   She leverages her prior experience to offer customized customer service strategies and improvements to a diverse portfolio of clients.
