Phoenix Regional Networking Event

RSVP here to the CCNG Regional Networking Event in Phoenix, Arizona. 

Join CCNG members Vicki Brackett, Kirby McLennan, and Christain Rivera (U-Haul) as they facilitate an exciting in-person networking event on October 5th at 9 AM local time! 

This event will include a group discussion centered around AI and ChatGPT in contact centers. This will be followed by a panel discussion where U-Haul where share their experiences and lessons learned about implementing AI into their contact center pipeline. The event will conclude with breakout groups, allowing for more personal discussions about AI and other contact center-related topics.
