In today's contact center marketplace, the Digital Engagement conversation begins with Chatbots. This is a good place to start, and is a great foundation for the future of other digital channels like SMS, Facebook Messaging, and social channels. While choosing the right technology is important, the real work (and success) begins in the planning and design phase. However, the real "magic" occurs in the Training/Review/Train again phase. Success depends upon the ability to build a bot that gets smarter over time. During this discussion we will share four (4) elements of a great bot - and six (6) key steps in the development process.
