CCNG Local Networking Meeting - September 23, 2008

Thank you Intercontinental Hotels Group for hosting the CCNG Local Networking Meeting on September 23rd.  Our special thanks also goes to Aspect for sponsoring this event.

Chuck Krivanek, Human Resources Manager for Intercontinental Hotels Group, began our meeting by discussing "Creating an Employee Brand the IHG Way."  Following Chuck's presentation we went on a tour of the IHG contact center.

Our small group networking discussions focused on the topics of:

  • At-Home Agents
  • Employee Coaching
  • Employee Incentive Plans

Our meeting was concluded with a presentation by Michelle Gaffney, Account Executive for Aspect, on "eLearning and Job Match."
