The CCNG Magnet Program is a unique network of top professionals and award-winning organizations throughout the industry. It provides peer-to-peer sharing between top contact centers and the people who run them. Membership is offered exclusively to contact center and customer care organizations. In addition to having ALL the benefits of CCNG membership, Magnet Program members also participate in special, member-directed program activity. 

This is a custom program for all levels of leadership. It includes all contact center locations in your organization. The annual membership fee is just $3,000 for the entire organization.

  • Membership in the Magnet Program is offered exclusively to contact center and customer care organizations.
  • Membership is by invitation only. Your organization must be nominated and accepted into the program based on meeting established membership criteria

Once you are a member, all contact center personnel are included in your membership. And there is no limit to the number of centers on your membership—domestic or international.  

A key element of the Magnet Program is providing members with the opportunity to set the agenda for initiatives and activities based on the specific issues important to them. Based on member feedback and interests we have a broad set of initiatives to provide a robust agenda for presenting, sharing and discussing best practices perspectives and field-proven approaches. They include:

  1. Monthly conference calls where we examine different approaches to a special-interest topic important to program participants. These calls provide insight from members and often include perspective from an industry expert invited to participate in the discussion.
  2. A resource library of studies, reports, and research summaries from across the industry. Numerous summaries of benchmarking studies and best practice reviews are available to program members. They are also used to support discussions on special-interest topics.
  3. Structured participation in industry benchmarking surveys. In 2010 The CCNG Magnet Program will work directly with member organizations to organize participation in a range of industry benchmarking initiatives.  
  1. An interactive online Member Directory featuring 24/7/365 discussion forums, document/file sharing, and peer-to-peer connections.
  2. Special peer group meet ups
  3. In addition, we strongly encourage members to communicate and share between and beyond the scheduled program activity. This off-line interaction is an important benefit to your membership and will add layers of value to your participation.
