CCNG Local Networking Meeting - November 15, 2007
We would like to thank Progressive Insurance for hosting the CCNG Networking Meeting on November 15, 2007, in Colorado Springs. We would also like to thank Merced Systems for sponsoring the meeting. Chris Humlicek and Bryan Bishop of Progressive Insurance began our meeting with a presentation entitled "Leadership Development: Progressive Style." They shared a great deal of valuable information with us. Thank you! We then went on a tour of Progressive's Contact Center so that we could see them in action. Following the tour we heard from John Kanarowski, Regional Director for Merced Systems. John spoke to us about "The Art of Coaching." Thank you, John. This was a fantastic meeting with lots of information sharing. For those of you who missed this meeting -- you don't know what you missed! We hope to see everyone on December 4, 2007, at TouchStar, in Aurora, CO and then on January 30, 2008, at Barclays back in Colorado Springs.
