The first CCNG Local Networking Meeting in Orlando was held on July 26, 2007, at XACT TeleSolutions.  Special thanks goes to XACT TeleSolutions for hosting our meeting and UCN for sponsoring the meeting.

Richard Riga of XACT TeleSolutions began our meeting with a fantastic presentation entitled "The Virtual Workforce."  This was followed by a presentation entitled "At-Home Agent:  The Technology Behind it to Make it Successful" which was given by Sean Barry, Sr Sales Consultant for UCN.  Sean shared some valuable information with us regarding the at-home agent.
