CCNG Local Networking Meeting - November 16, 2006
We would like to thank 3M for hosting the CCNG Networking Meeting that was held on November 16, 2006. Special thanks also goes to PreVisor for sponsoring this event.
Our meeting began with an overview presentation of 3M. We then heard about 3M's Corporate Customer Contact Center - C4 and participated in a virtual tour of the contact center. This was followed by a special tour of 3M's Customer Innovation Center. The Customer Innovation Center has only been open for a few months, and CCNG members got an exclusive "inside look" at the innovation experience that highlights the 3M Company. Thank you 3M for this unique opportunity!
We then broke out into topical roundtable discussions and reported back to the group on our findings.
We concluded our meeting with a presentation by Jeff Olsen, Account Executive for PreVisor, on "Using Assessment to Increase Sales and Reduce Turnover in Call Centers." Thank you, Jeff!
