• Optimize Series
  CCNG will conduct a series of full day regional events covering 5 different themes in 12 different markets.  These events will feature member keynote best practice presentations, interactive networking discussions, and partner expert content presentation on various hot topics.  These special events are hosted by CCNG members at their call center sites.  For more information see OptimizingCustomerContact.com.

  A 3-hour interactive event focused on networking discussions and topics vital to contact center operations.  These events are hosted and led by CCNG members.

  CCNG collaborates with our partners to deliver special events as a series in select locations covering a variety of industry topics.  These events are geared to bring together contact center professionals who want to improve call center operations company-wide.
