Membership Programs and Benefits
CCNG offers every organization the opportunity to participate and grow within the CCNG network and throughout the industry. In 2010, CCNG membership programs are extended exclusively to call centers, contact centers, and customer care organizations to meet a growing interest and need for peer-to-peer involvement. All other industry professionals are invited to participate in the CCNG Partner Program. Single Site Membership: $750 per year Join Today! CCNG Single Site Membership gives you a powerful platform to involve all areas of your organization. Site Membership includes full member status for everyone who works in or supports the contact center including: contact center operations, HR, workforce management, quality, IT, and training. Magnet Program Membership: $3,000 per year (Customized program. Organizations must apply and be approved for membership.) CCNG’s Magnet Program is a unique network of top professionals and award-winning organizations throughout the industry. It provides peer-to-peer sharing between top contact centers and the people who run them. Membership is offered exclusively to contact center and customer care organizations. Once you are a member, all contact center personnel are included in your membership. And there is no limit to the number of centers on your membership—domestic or international. In addition to having ALL the benefits of CCNG membership, Magnet Program members also participate in special, member-directed program activity. Participation in the Magnet Program is both a commitment to give and an opportunity to get insight, experience and support. CCNG encourages Contact Center organizations to participate through the cost-effective Single Site membership. If you're not ready for an organizational membership yet, we offer an annual Individual Membership. Individual Membership is offered to industry professionals who work in contact centers, customer service, customer care, loyalty, and customer experience operations. (All other industry professionals are invited to participate in the CCNG Partner Program.) Individual membership allows one person to attend networking events free plus you have access to the ALL online member resources including the Member Directory, and membership to all online social media networking groups on LinkedIn and Ning.
