The place to start!  Find value in connecting with your peers face-to-face and online.  Membership for the individual in customer care, contact centers, training, quality, IT, HR, etc.  Individual Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
 

Team Membership

Two types of team membership to integrate your team and center into the CCNG Member Network.  CCNG Team Membership connects your team and center with their respective peers. 

• Site Membership - A one year membership for a 5 person team.  Site Membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• Enterprise Membership - A custom membership that can include:
  • Additional support and resources
  • Multiple team members
  • Multiple centers
  • Extended expiration date

Site Membership: $675 for up to 5 team members

Business Development Membership

We encourage those individuals working in business development to participate in the CCNG Member Network with an Individual Membership.  Interact with other contact center professionals as you explore the multiple avenues available to you and your company through a CCNG Marketing Membership.
